1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the following countries only:

France
Orders outside these countries will not be processed at checkout.
2. How long does delivery take?
Our average delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered. In rare cases (like high demand or shipping delays), it may take up to 15–20 business days. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking information to follow your order every step of the way.
3. Do I have to pay for shipping?
No — we offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online anytime.
5. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send you a free replacement or full refund.

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be on its way.
